TM Performance Hockey respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. The following paragraphs are explaining how we collect, use, store, share information and personal data.
Data Collection
We may collect, store, use and trasnfer different kinds of information about you and this is referred to as 'personal data','personal information' or 'your information' in this privacy notice. We collect information in relation to individuals (children and adults) age, medical history, ability levels and any other personal information which may be relevant. Our information will be corresponded in a variety of ways such as email, messaging, social media and website.
Sharing and processing data
We may share information we hold with others, where this is necessary in compliance with data protection legislation. This may be to coaches and volunteers or in some cases other parents, only under circumstances it is deemed necessary.
Storage of date
We store data in both electronic and manual filing system formats. Extremely sensitive data, such as medical forms are held for 3 years after attending a camp or class. Coaches are the only individuals with immediate access to this information.
Your rights
You are within your rights to request we destroy personal documents or do not use information for promotional purposes. This is your responsibility to inform us
